Secure Transactions
We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in encrypted form for your protection. All transactions are kept secure when you use Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser to order our products. These browsers automatically "scramble" personal information so it remains safe as it travels the Internet. Your order is also stored in encrypted form on our secure server and access is limited to those who process the orders.

Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa & MasterCard online. We also accept PayPal by request. If you wish to pay cash or by check, please visit our Showroom and we'll be happy to administrate your order.

Canceling an Order
If your purchase was made through our website, you may cancel your order at any time before it is manufactured at no charge. If your product was manufactured prior to canceling the order, your cancellation request may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). The reason for the restocking charge is that most of the products that we manufacture are "made to order". Thus, if your order has been manufactured, the likelihood of someone else ordering the exact same product in the color, material or type is remote. Please Note: Due to the nature of the online auction process, if your purchase was made through eBay there are no provisions for cancellation. As a consideration however, we will allow our eBay customers to "change" their purchase (equal or greater value), if desired. Again, restocking charges may apply depending on the manufacturing status of the product(s) ordered.

Shipping and Handling Charges
USPS Priority Mail,  UPS or Federal Express will be used to ship most products except those indicated Truck Freight. Extra shipping charges may also apply to some oversize or extremely heavy items. Note: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Truck Freight
Items too large for USPS,  UPS or Federal Express are shipped via Common Carrier. Most freight charges will be due at time of delivery, and they will not be added to your order at the time you place your order. Please provide a business address for Common Carrier shipments - they will not deliver to non-business addresses. Because Common Carriers charge by weight and miles, we cannot give you an exact shipping cost of Truck Freight items at the time you place an order.

Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported to your local United States Postal Service,  UPS or Federal Express office or delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact us at (920) 832-0094, or send an e-mail to for immediate assistance.

Shop with confidence. If a defect in the product is evident, simply follow the procedure as noted below to apply for a credit or replacement.
    -    Before returning any parts, please fill out a Return Authorization Request to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original Sales Invoice. Returns up to 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 60 days from the invoice date are subject to a 35% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 90 days from the invoice date are not allowed. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Used or incomplete returns cannot be accepted. No returns will be accepted on painted, customized, or Special Order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.
