Upon
receipt of your Return Authorization Request our Customer Service
Department will review the information submitted and, once approved, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number
will be issued. This RGA number must be
placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original
Sales Invoice, Auction Receipt or E-mail Notification of Purchase.
autotrimdesign.com reserves the right to inspect all returned goods in an
effort to determine the validity of the return request. Returns up to 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20%
restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 30 days from
the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is
greater). Returns after 60 days from the invoice date are subject to a 35%
restocking charge or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Returns after 90 days from
the invoice date are not allowed. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation
charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the
original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in original condition.
All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing
fee. Used or incomplete returns cannot be accepted. No returns will be accepted
on painted, customized, or Special Order items, so please order carefully and
pre-fit parts before painting. |
